I made some purchases on the web store yesterday and today (5/6/25 and 5/7/25) and maxed out my Kessle Run. They’ve been stuck on the max reward since yesterday, when they are supposed to reset and start over. I thought it would reset when I made another purchase, sometimes there is a lag, but it didn’t work. It’s been stuck since yesterday. I am missing out on rewards by it not resetting properly.
This has happened before on 4/10/25 where it remained frozen for multiple days and it reset without giving me any of the earned rewards. I tried to contact EA Help and they weren’t able to help me. You should be able to see my purchase and reward history to verify.
I don’t want it to keep happening, it’s discouraging when I’m spending money and not getting the rewards I purchased. I am coming to the forum in hopes you can help me. My ally code is: 122-898-225.
