Web store looping problem. Error 9.0 when unbinding account

I cannot enter my web store account.

After entering email getting code it transfers me back the initial page with Retry button appearing instead of log in button. 

After trying unbind my account in game i am recieving 9.0 error eith game crash and saying contact the support. After contacting support they cannot do anything with this error. 5 days passed. I was making videos of this and explanations and screen shots. All useless. Support team is not professionals completely.

After buying a era pass i am still loosing rewards in webstore due to the fact i cannot enter there.

    This is a known issue. The EA Account linked to your SWGoH account was most likely deleted by you in the past.

    I have had the same problem for months and haven't had success either. My Ally code is 856-659-688

    I have the same problem since may or before. I found no solution till this day. Im sure thats my email wasnt deleted, and even if it was, i should be able to link a new account. What can we do to repair this? Months passed and lots os rewards had been lost

    Dealing with this problem can I access everything else except for the store and I can't access it on PC anymore
