I purchased both, 2, NS Kyber LST’s from the webstore today. After the first purchase, the webstore did not refresh itself, so when I went back to purchase the 2nd NS Kyber LST it gave an error message stating the purchase did not go through. I then manually refreshed the page and was able to successfully purchase the 2nd NS Kyber LST.
However, looking at my recent credit card transactions, there are 3 charges for $14.99, so the charge that came up as an error did go through to my card, but did not give the LST.
How do I get re-imbursed for the bogus extra charge? I’ve tried EA help and in game help settings without any success.
