I am currently on tier 3 of the Zeffo tomb guardian battle and the guard has a modifier that says Roar Of the Crowd is active because the total enemy era level is below 125. My Luke is Lvl43 which means Vader and Barriss are also Lvl43. 43 + 43 + 43 = 129 and yet Roar of The Crowd is still limiting my damage output. Either the description sucks or its not WAI.
