Maids And Nannies Don't Do Their Jobs/Show Up

Playing with infants/toddlers after a long time. Their needs decay rapidly when my Sim travels to another lot and are not met by the adults staying at home. When hiring a nanny and traveling to another lot, the infant's needs are ignored. And when returning home, the nanny reappears as if she had just arrived.

I hired a maid, and they will leave before cleaning all areas. They seem to only pick up trash/diapers and dispose of it, but it’s not all the time. The maids often skip a lot of the cleaning tasks such as cleaning the toilet and shower, and washing dirty dishes. 

I don't usually come to Forums.  I'm here because EA asked for feedback for EA's 8 weeks of game repair.  I left this comment on another thread then was directed to leave it here?    

Nannies are messed up.  

1. I would pay more for a nanny with high experience level / work ethic so I come home to a clean happy baby.
2. When I dismiss the nanny, they should leave and not return until I call again.  Lately I will dismiss the nanny, pay and then nanny will leave and return the next morning!  I dismiss a second time as quick as possible and they charge a second fee for the few moments they returned. 
3.  Since I'm paying for the nanny service, I want to be able to tell the Nanny "Go feed, XYZ"  "Change diaper for XYZ" 
4. I want the nanny to take care of the child even if my sim parent is still on the lot.  Maybe the parent needs to sleep, complete a work task or have some fun with a hobby / invite a friend over.  
5. I don't want the nanny to watch TV and ignore the baby crying.   

I have 100% experienced and been frustrated by maids, gardeners, etc taking my from the household acct but not doing the jobs (also pizza never comes). But I saw the Butler will check in every 30 minutes now.... sim minutes? because that's every 30 seconds in real time....?!

Nannies and Butlers will perform their duties more often and regularly. They will check if they need to perform duties every 30 minutes instead of every 4 hours.

Fixed in Patch 1.119.109/2.23

It's possible that this thread had multiple issues and some aren't fixed.
