100% unplayable crashing gnarly nightmare

I'm really at the end of my patience with this. I was so desperately hoping that the new patch would include some attempts to address this issue.

Why is ea focusing on marketplace etc when the game is still completely unplayable for so many?

My game is still 100% unplayable. It crashes constantly. Saving/progression is impossible.

I also have the overwhelmingly depressing shame of having to exit every single expansion, pack, and kit, etc., every single time I load up the game after the latest update.

Please can someone tell me what I can do to fix this? Would uninstalling the game and redownloading everything except businesses and hobbies fix this? I believe I've read a few times that this is the main culprit. Or is it too late for the outrageous amount I've spent on this game, which I've yet to get anything close to an acceptable amount of use and enjoyment from?

Please, EA, this is not fair or how to treat a loyal fanbase.

Also, please could someone tell me if my ps5 crash reports count as reporting bugs? Or am I meant to also report them on here?

Is good that you send your crash reports, in theory they go to Sony and EA, and if there is many, hopefully The Sims 4 should be delisted by Sony on the Playstation Store. Good luck, this game is barely playable on Consoles.

I agree, I would really encourage everyone to send their crash reports every single time their game crashes. It's really easy to do.

My bad, Are you asking if the pack pop ups are different aphrodite4120? Sorry if I'm butting in incorrectly. In case you are, yes they are different, we mean the ones that only usually appear straight after buying a pack, when all of the items in the said pack are still undiscovered by yourself etc. Which is also whats happening with this. Every single pack/kit/expansion item is like brand new and unseen again every time you load up the game again after you've closed or crashed the game
