I am having this issue also.
I'm also having this, and youtuber Elliandra on YT also pointed this out in her Early Access CAS video. I hope they fix this.

Hi! This skirt has some silly mapping issues and the issue appears on all swatches. Really cute though regardless, love the CAS in this pack.
It's sort of hard to see, but it's like she's been wearing socks for hours lol
