[AA] cfTop_EP20PulloverLayered not tagged for masculine

This jacket that Dougie is wearing by default is not assigned to masculine.

    The jacket (cfTop_EP20PulloverLayered) is now tagged as a Masculine style choice option.

    Fixed in Patch 1.120.117/ 2.25
