Hi. I'm not sure if this is related to this thread. The draw distance issues aren't limited to the tower, but also include the fir trees in this city. They appear flat when they're right next to me. I play without mods.
Also important to note that this doesn’t just happen in that neighborhood, it is pretty much all neighborhoods and even affects bushes as well!
