Could you please provide the following information
I am not going to take the time to do extensive testing with multiple Sims, especially not starting off as a child, etc. Come on, that's the job of quality control.
Also I DIRECTLY SAID I USED "RECALL A LOST FORMATIVE MOMENT" in my original post.
Could you please provide information on your mods usage and platform. These were the most important points about my questions.
It's fine if you don't want to test the other part but EA is not going to look into this but it's important to know if you have mods/cc or not. There's been too many mod issues reported lately.

I use MCCC and **bleep**, along with a mod to fix Social Bunny from causing extreme memory leaks made by Turbodriver. Testing without mods would require as extensive testing as I mentioned, especially with how long it takes to get your Fame up without cheats. Not to mention, the primary reason I even downloaded MCCC in the first place was to make it easier to fix bugs like when I have to reset a Sim that is frozen, or for very cases like this. If push comes to shove, I can just use MCCC cheats to give myself an extra fame point, but I shouldn't have to be relying on MCCC. As for the child thing, whether it works with a child aged up normally or not doesn't much matter, as it SHOULD work when a Sims uses "Recall a Lost Formative Moment" and it doesn't.
I am sorry, not meaning to be rude to you, I understand you are just the messenger here on the forums, just with this and the extreme amount of time Horse Ranch and Cats & Dogs have been broken (and still are.. "Validating Fix" is nice, but until it's fixed, that means nothing) this game's quality control has me frustrated that I have no desire to jump through EA's hoops just to report a bug.
Unfortunately there are a lot of bugs caused by mods that are being reported and that Devs invest time in so usually EA does not look into reports on modded games, especially if it's big mods like the ones you mention. Mods aren't supported.
I'll leave this to a CM to decide though.
