Packs/Worlds showing as deactivated in-game/Not active after purchase
I downloaded the For Rent pack and in my game files it says the pack is there but in CAS and in build mode etc it says I don't own it, I have repaired sims and the EA app but the issue is still not fixed. Thanks Edit By crinrict: Adjusted Title

Sometimes while playing the reaper career, stuff breaks. The scrying pool, or the nether portal specifically. There will be a job task to repair them. Spellcasters gain credit when casting repairio, but fairies do not gain credit when using manipulate object-set to not broken. They gotta do it by hand. Inventory filter is changing to ‘New' each time
Every time I load my save and go to the Inventory the filter there is changed to ‘New’. I always use standard ‘Filter’ which groups items by category and every time for every Sim I have to change it. It’s so annoying. Please fix it so it respects player’s choice and don’t reset all the time. When I leave the game it’s like that, set as ‘Filter’. When I load it again it’s that, set as ‘New’.
Severe lag after 1 hour of gameplay : requires restart
Hi, I'm experiencing a major performance issue that seems to affect a lot of players (I asked my community and many confirmed having the same problem). When I first launch the game, everything runs smoothly. Menus like Needs, Inventory, and Aspirations open instantly. Build/Buy mode is fine too, with maybe a tiny freeze the first time, but that’s normal. The issue is: the longer I play, the worse the game performs. - After around 30 minutes, the menus start to feel a bit slower. - After about an hour, the game becomes extremely laggy: - Opening the Needs panel takes a few seconds. - Build/Buy mode freezes for 5–6 seconds before opening. - The Eyedropper tool has a delay of around 2 seconds. - UI and general interactions become very sluggish. The only fix is to completely restart the game. After relaunching, everything is smooth again — but only temporarily. After another 30–60 minutes, the problem comes back. This isn’t a hardware issue. My PC setup: - Intel Core i9-12900K - 64 GB DDR5 RAM - NVIDIA RTX 4090 - Game installed on SSD - No mods, no CC - All expansion packs installed I also tend to play fast-paced, usually on speed 3. In one hour of real-time gameplay, I can go through 10–14 Sim days. It seems like the game is slowly filling up memory or cache that never clears unless I restart. It would be great to know if this has already been reported or tracked by the dev team, because it makes long play sessions really frustrating. Thanks!
Can't disable packs on EA App/Steam
After the newest patch the game ignores the command to manually disable packs on the EA App. That's a problem because I don't want to activate every pack at once for all my save files and have occults running around. I want to play with just a few selected packs, which fit the individual save file's theme and its storyline. Edit By crinrict: added missing thread tags (my own testing)
[RL] Missing/MistaggedSwatch on Polished Stone Floor Trim
For everything in the Royalty & Legacy build/buy with the stone colorway, there are two shades of light tan. However for the floor trim in the pack, the icon for the second shade appears to be light tan but when I select it, it's actually a dark grey. It doesn't seem like any of the other swatches have the missing light tan swatch. The image attached shows me selecting the "light tan" but the item preview is the dark grey.
