I am thinking it is more mod related but not sure where to start with my mods folder. I have so many mods that I don't know what one or ones could be causing this issue. I had only one mod in the mods folder when it worked but now that I put the rest of the mods I use in the folder, it doesn't work again. I also know I am not the only one with this problem, there is one other person that is having the same issue, but they disabled their mods. So, they have the problem without mods as well.
Rachel31311993 Start by testing with NO mods or CC. Rename the Mods folder, delete the file called localthumbcache, and try again. You can exit without saving. Note that disabling mods can still leave the effects of some mods in place.
