Add-ons and game packs unavailable after repairs

My sims game loads up fine but when I try to play on my world it won't let me because all my game packs and add-ons are unavailable and says restart required. Once exiting the game the EA app crashes and needs a restart too. Once restarting I repair all my expansion packs and open the game to find the same problem and the cycle starts again. I have tried to repair them more than five times now and every time the same thing happens
