Almost all of my 100 add ons are missing from Sims 4 game. Everywhere I go it says they are downloaded or need to be downloaded. I have gone everywhere and done everything and I can not find a way to redownload them. Please release them for redownload. I need help please This is my 3rd request for help.
farf321 Do your packs show as owned in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons? If they do, and they're listed as installed too, please let me know whether your computer runs Windows or macOS. Each OS has a master thread for this issue, fixes included:

If your packs are NOT listed as owned, you may have signed into the wrong account. Please see the accepted solution of this master thread:
they are all listed as owned and say need to be downloaded to use. I go to Game hub at Steam and they tell me It is a EA problem. EA shows all packs have been purchased and downloaded in more than 1 place but can not get in to reload. EA has not responded to my ask for help. I have 100 add ons I have lost a lot of money.
