All "Exchange Vows" interactions are broken.

After the last update, all the "Exchange Vows" interaction on wedding arches no longer work. The sims just go through the animation and at the end they freeze for few seconds and then reset. They get the "With this ring" moodlet but the game doesn't marry them, their remains as engaged. This is making it impossible to marry sims and it happens with and without mods and cc installed but if you have the MC Comand Center mod install it triggers exception as soon the sims reset.
