All Pets (Cats, Dogs, Horses) Missing from Pre-Made Households in New Save

EP & GP: All EPs, All GPs except Star Wars

All cats, dogs, and horses seemed to have disappeared in a new save I made today in Chestnut Ridge. I thought it was maybe some CC I downloaded today. 

I went through a painstaking proess of: 
-Removing the CC I downloaded today

-Deleted localthumcache and repaired my game 5+ times.

-Did the 50/50 method for my CC and then disabled and removed my mods folder all together

-Made several new saves with no change/fix, include one household where I made a cat, dog and horse, moved them to Chestnut Ridge and from the Manage World view, they are only pets present. 

-I checked in Brindleton Bay and all the cats/dogs were gone. I checked the gallery for the Lynx household and the cats were showing up,

Is there anything else I can do? This is annoying.
