All Programing Options unlocked with Programming Lvl 1

Could you please provide the following information

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
-  What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)

Hi there! 

Sorry that I forgot those things:

• I am not using any mods or cc in my game
• I am playing on PC

After the update yesterday, September 18th, my sim had no programming skill at all whatsoever. But when I clicked on her computer, all of the interactions for programming were unlocked. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Or is it just me? I have already tried to repair the game hoping to fix it but it did not help. Anyone else have advice on what to do? Thank you. I also play on the PC and Windows 11. I do not have any screenshots as I do not know how to take one on the computer. I also play through the EA app and all of my mods are updated. 

All computer->programming interactions, side job, create app, create game, etc. (including all hacking options) are unlocked for all Sims regardless of programming skill (even without it)

Please follow these steps to test  your game on vanilla game with no mods/cc

• Create a backup of your save game
• Move your mods folder to the desktop
• Delete the following files from your user folder.
  • localthumbcache
  • Any lastException File
  • Any LastCrash files.
• Test on the backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if the same error occurs, then report back.

I have tried those steps and it still showed up, the only mods I use is MCCC and ui cheats and both are updated. Thank you though!

Brand new vanilla game. No mods. No CC. New Sims. 

All programming options are available even though my Sim has no Programing skills.
