Hey everyone!
I just started a new save file with a new character and had them visit a library to level up programming.
When I click the "Program" option on the PC all options are already unlocked - I can make plugins, apps and hack every server. My sim is currently at Programming Lvl 1.
I didn't encounter this bug before - it seems like it came with the new patch that was release recently. I have no mods activated in the game and own all expansions & gameplay kits and most of the smaller kits.
