So any solutions? I have the same issue and mods just locked my thread without linking me to this one. Or a solution. Or anywhere. I have cows in household inventory and they can't be dragged or assigned to the new shed either. When I purhase a new cow, it gets stuck in inventory as well. I now have 3 cows stuck in the limbo and can't get myself a new cow either.
I've also had that same problem. Only thing that "fixed" it was buying a new animal until it wasn't stuck in my Sims' inventory.
