Anybody having trouble with paintings/pictures made by sims being blank update?

I thought this was fixed with the last update. I didn't have any problems with this before the update. After a sim makes a painting or takes a picture and hangs them up, in a few sim days after they go to a different lot the paintings/pictures are blank. 

Immediately after the update, my sims graduation picture went blank.
