[Apartments and Small Business Venues]

I've discovered an issue with Business and Hobbies and owning a small business venue outside of your residential property. When living in an apartment my sim bought a small business venue and opened a business. After the first night it closed the location of the venue switched to the apartment and I couldn't open again until I went back home and moved the business back to the small business lot. It did this every time I closed. I eventually just moved to a house because I've had no trouble with that but it left the business tied to the apartment and not to my sim. I sold the business and bought everything again and have no more issues so I assume the bug is tied specifically to apartments and not other residential lots.
