Help! my baby's fun is depleted and no matter what action I do it won't fill up and she won't stop crying

I assume you mean the infant stage ? Babies are objects and don't have any needs.

Did it happen to all the infants in your save or just the one ? Have you tried resetting the infant ?
both infants that I have
no I have not tried resetting them..thank you. I will try that when I get back on there.
