[BDK] Vacuum does not work or any action at all

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
• Does it matter which vacuum cleaner you use ?

No, I have no mods/cc in my game. I think the issue is for all of the objects from bust the dust kit. 

There’s no action for vacuum as an object. The objects from Bust the dust kit show on my build/buy. I could purchase and sell them. I can drag them in live mode but I cannot drag them to my sims’ inventory. The dust bunny can’t be clicked either. 

I have tried to repair my game 2 times. I tested on new game and on my saved games. The result is the same. 

After the updates, so far, all the packs that I bought through EA app have been running good, somehow kits that I bought using Mola are buggy. The bust the dust kit is one of the pack that I bought using Mola.

If any of you are still encountering this on the latest game version could you share your App Data folder, as well as your Electronic Arts folder?

For PC, you can find this under: User > [Username] > AppData > Local > TS4
For Mac, you can find this here: Macintosh HD > Users > [Username] > Library > Application Support > TS4

For your Electronic Arts folder, you can find that under Documents-> Electronic Arts.
