[BG] Painting Changes Value When Moved Within Sim's Inventory Panel

A Sim has several bonus trait or reward traits that affect the value of the paintings they produce. When moving the same painting within the Sim's personal inventory panel, its value constantly changes in different directions. I think this is somehow related to one of the bonus character traits or fame perks.
