When i try to click on open small business it doesn’t do anything. And i don’t have any mods installed.

Same issue. The lot never used to be a RR (having that issue with another build already) I tried replacing it, moving household, buying another business. If it's on a different lot it works but this lot in particular is broken.
Also noticed that when I own the broken lot as a small business and place stuff in BB mode, it doesn't take funds from my household.
