[BH] CAS Not Loading When Selecting Tattoo Option

Does anyone experience nothing happening when you select create a tattoo for a customer? The create a sim screen should pop up and nothing is happening. 

I don’t use mods however some cc was in my folder so I thought maybe it could be that but it’s only clutter cc and it didn’t correct the issue. Other than that, I own all 94 packs and no cracked game so I know my game installation is not the problem 

I thought maybe a new save would be good to try however that didn’t correct the problem. 

last resort I go for is a repair in the EA program and so I did do a repair and it’s not working. Just wondering if this is a known bug with the new pack. I see the tattoo feature works in the CAS when you modify your household just not when you are doing a small business. 

Edit By Crinrict: Added Tag to Title, Adjusted Title, removed never mods/cc tag as you said you a stated you had cc.

    how long did you wait for it to pop up ? They start with the tattoo and the windows pop-up when the Sim is almost done.

    the whole time. I thought maybe cause you have to reach a certain tattoo level so I kept going and it just never popped up.

    Could you test if it works if you get a custom tattoo for your own Sim ?

    Can you test another save/Sim ?

    Yeah customers are only ones I’m having issue with. I’ll take a video to show you

    I think I fixed it. I repaired my game and now it’s working
