Trying to setup an old lot to be a residential small business and cannot open as it says there is no valid lot and that I should purchase a venue. Did I set this up wrong or am I missing something? A...

I started in Newcrest. My lot used to be a rental, but I was having issues switching it, and it kept saying 0 of 0 lots.
I finally got it to work! I evicted my sim, changed the lot to residential, and saved it to my library. Then, I went to a different world, placed the lot, added my sim there, registered a small business, and it finally worked!
There is literal no cross-compatibility about for rent and business and hobbies.
