Trying to setup an old lot to be a residential small business and cannot open as it says there is no valid lot and that I should purchase a venue. Did I set this up wrong or am I missing something? A...

I'm having this same issue. In build mode it shows the lot as a residential small business with the rooms appropiately assigned but then in the small business settings it is not allowing me to assign the lot and shows no lots available.
I placed the lot from my library to a new lot and moved the household and everything works, when I tried moving the household back to that lot it had the same issue again so I just continued playing on a new lot.
