Trying to setup an old lot to be a residential small business and cannot open as it says there is no valid lot and that I should purchase a venue. Did I set this up wrong or am I missing something? A...

I'm also having the same issue. I created an apartment and two businesses on the same lot. Moved my SIM in and then I registered one space for my business and the residential areas for my apartment. The lot says Residential (Small Business) now but I can't assign my business to this lot.
The lot was previously a Residential Rental lot but I demolished the building, added a new building and then assigned it to Residential. This new pack has been giving me trouble since I installed it. 😡
