Trying to setup an old lot to be a residential small business and cannot open as it says there is no valid lot and that I should purchase a venue. Did I set this up wrong or am I missing something? A...

Same issue here. The lot was previously a bar (or a lounge, can't remember), changed into residential. I can't assign my home (no valid lot, same as the images posted).
I hope that it will be resolved soon, I haven't other options. Hope that my save file is not corrupted, I've been working on it for the past few months...
