Trying to setup an old lot to be a residential small business and cannot open as it says there is no valid lot and that I should purchase a venue. Did I set this up wrong or am I missing something? A...

Now able to convert Residential Rental lot to Residential lot when active Sim is not living in the main unit of the Residential Rental.
Fixed in Patch 1.119.109/2.23
