[BH] Map icons don't show businesses in Nordhaven for existing saves

I had to make a fresh save for Businesses and Hobbies because the small business/residential icons were showing up as regular residential icons on the lots in my other save files.

I loaded up the families with small businesses to check and the business panel is asking for them to register their business.

This does not happen in my fresh save.

Removed mods/CC, repaired the game, made a new The Sims 4 folder...and it still persists but only for my old saves. I always clear my cache after I exit the game as well.

I'm not sure what is causing this problem but I hope it gets fixed. 😣
