Hm, that LE isn't the same as for the perk issue but your game is still modded.
Can you rerun the error on a non-modded game and repost the LE?
Delete the LEs you have and let the game create a new one.
I don't use many mods and nothing that should cause something like this - are you talking take out script mods or mods AND cc? I'm autistic and I need specific instructions to complete the task. I suppose I can make a copy of the save folder and use that without the mods to test - it won't take a lot to do. Side note, this is the same save file that keeps making a couple of mine (in the household my sim just left) uncle and niece. I doubt the bugs are related, but wanted to be clear. I'll do as requested and be back with the new LE probably friday or over the weekend. Thanks for your advice!
Anything that's not from EA needs to be removed for proper testing.
The easiest is to move your mods folder to the desktop, delete the localthumbcache and any lastExceptions/lastUIExceptions etc files and then try on a backup of your save game.
Do make a copy of your saves folder in case something goes wrong.
