It's the same old Vet Clinic and Retail store bug all over again, this time small businesses are also affected.
Upon visiting a Small Business Venue (Not a residential one, those work fine) as a customer, the employees aren't working, my Sim can enter Employee only areas, and isn't considered a customer at all.
It's the same as Vet Clinic and Retail. The store isn't opened at all.
