When playing my newly created restaurant for the first time (my sim went on a date), I get an error message in the notification wall "Ticket Kiosk is inaccessible". See attachment.

I get this notification whenever I enter live mode from build mode on a community (non-small-business) lot at the moment too. (Mac)
Since OP didn't add any info on this: Are you using mods/cc in your game ?
When my sim who has a small business travels to another lot ( like on a date) that has an event ( so far) I get the warning that no ticket kiosk is available.
I have all packs, already repaired the game and not using mods now. I also deleted the localthumbcache before repairing.

You can click it away, although sometimes it pops back up later.
crinrict No, mods/cc disabled and removed from the folder before starting this save. My sim is a small business owner. I just added the "Bracing Breezes" lot trait to a gym she was visiting and got the notification when I returned to live mode.
This also happens on small business residential lots. I keep getting this message, even though sims use the kiosk just fine.

Is this issue fixed for you with todays patch ? The patch notes don't reference this thread so want to be sure.
I just patched and repaired the game - seems fixed to me :D
It's not showing up in my game anymore as well.
