When playing my newly created restaurant for the first time (my sim went on a date), I get an error message in the notification wall "Ticket Kiosk is inaccessible". See attachment.

Since OP didn't add any info on this: Are you using mods/cc in your game ?
crinrict No, mods/cc disabled and removed from the folder before starting this save. My sim is a small business owner. I just added the "Bracing Breezes" lot trait to a gym she was visiting and got the notification when I returned to live mode.
