[BH] walking the dog bug

My Sim-family lives on a business-proberty ("old Torget-house") in Nordhaven.  The first few times walking the dog (long version) worked , but now my Sim (doesn't matter which) is no longer able to complete the walk ... 

 They go to the other side of the canal, where the tram is ... it seems they want to go back home, thats when the problem start :  The Sim stops and the dog disappears into the ground (only the dog leash left to see) ... the dog is moving very, very ! slowly, so it appears at some point walking towards home (walking through walls ... etc.)         ..... this takes  time ....       than it resets = the dog suddenly is back into the position it should be. The Sim and the dog take the walk for a few steps .... and the "dysfunktion" start again ... it is like an "endless"-loop.

Unfortunately i am not able to send you pictures or videos !

Right now : another dog, a different route ... same problem ... the dog just heading STRAIGHT back home while the Sim just keeps standing (loop).
