I had hoped we can keep this to the storage box (which isn't base, right ? I can't even find that one) but seems it's now already a collection again.
The issue with black photos is that there's so many different causes but I guess it will be one huge thread again.
For me it worked fine without storage boxes involved.
Were those pre-patch photos (black or not) or did you create new ones that also turned black ?
I created a new savegame and took arround 12 new photos. 3 of them i put in the storage. The rest on the wall. I saved the game and after enter again i had the problem with the photos in the storage. Later, after restarting the whole game and came back in the savegame 3 of the photos on the wall was turned black, the rest of the wallphotos was ok so far.

thanks. For me the photos are fine. I can duplicate the paintings easily which is why I wonder what's the trigger for the photos.
Are those phone photos or photos taken with a camera ?
All Photos was taken with the expensive camera not with the phone, i attached a zip file with the savegame in my post but it seems that it not worked. I try to ad it here again
Did you try new photos in a ongoing (not fresh) save as well and they didn't turn black, or are only completely new saves (as in starting from scratch) not turning black?
In my opinion for the problem with the black photos from using a filter and a camera, it doesn't matter if it is a new or a old save game, because the patch did not change any behavior of this problem. If you do not use filters when taking a photo, you should be save from this specific bug also in old saves. Do not forget that there are other things, like storing photos, that can them turn to black.
