Since I got the new royalty and legacy expansion pack my sims have been glitching and freezing nonstop, cant even play it, its like every second it's completely frozen and you can't even click on anything and i was playing it the other night and it shut down completely by it self

i play on ps5 & i cant even click on anything!! half the time my keyboard wont register in the game; before i bought the royalty & legacy pack my game was working just fine. i uninstalled & reinstalled but nothing worked
Same, I play on mac, and my game will load but freezes and crashes after i try to do anything. Ive removed all mods and even tried to repair the game in the EA app...nothing
I have been issues since yesterday like I couldn’t even play yesterday it will start loading and than close and today I’m in the game but every five minutes I’m freezing.
