bug

i play on ps5 & i cant even click on anything!! half the time my keyboard wont register in the game; before i bought the royalty & legacy pack my game was working just fine. i uninstalled & reinstalled but nothing worked 

I have been issues since yesterday like I couldn’t even play yesterday it will start loading and than close and today I’m in the game but every five minutes I’m freezing.

since there's already a few threads for freezing, could you all provide some more information

• Is there a certain time where it freezes ?
• Do the Sims freeze or also time ?
• Does the environment still move ?
• Is it more of a lag thing where the game freezes and unfreezes or is it completey frozen
• Does it happen with any specific interactions ?
• Does it happen on a specific save game or also on a new one ?
• Does it happen on a specific household or all of them

For those of you on PC/Mac:

• Are you using mods/cc and if so, did you test without them
• Did you make sure to delete your cache files ?

Same, since I downloaded the new pack, sims keep cancelling their interraction or not doing them even if we asked them to an stay frozen. 

i play on xbox and my game constantly crashes with this new pack

My game crashed 5 times yesterday and 3 times today.  I play with mods/cc. I've ensured all are updated and even did a DX9 > convert to DX11 scan.  I've restored my files, repaired the game, updated my graphics.  Essentially, everything I could.  The game continues to crash at random places, random times.  (The last crash occurred when everyone in the household was sleeping.).  The game pauses for a moment and crashes. 

No, I haven't tested without mods yet.  But that is my next test.

If there isn't an active thread dedicated to each of the bugs you're experiencing in the link above, please go ahead and create a new bug report, one per each individual bug after testing if the issues persist after removing any mods/cc. That way, we can track things easier and provide relevant information regarding the specific bug.
