build mode

build mode won't save, especially when attempting to leave the lot after building to manage worlds. You get stuck on a spinning plumbob and have to reload my whole PC.

I have quite literally tried everything, including turning off all my mods/cc even though a few months ago I could build for hours on end with as much cc as I want without this issue. I tried saving each and every time I finish a room in build mode to avoid this issue, but to no avail. I cannot build without this happening unless I'm building from an active household. It's ridiculous that one of the MAIN FEATURES OF THE GAME isn't functioning properly and I know its happening to others too.
