build/buy progress doesn´t save

hello there! 

i´m currently facing some problems with build buy atm, everytime i load up a lot, build something or place something from the gallery, save, go back to manage worlds mode, load up the lot again , its empty, like ive never built anything. i play with mods & cc, but i already put them out and the problem still occurs. its really bothering me since i cannot play the game right:(
