Business and Hobbies Glitch and For Rent glitch

Okay, so to start, I’ve had the For Rent pack ever since it came out and it’s unplayable for me. I’ve tried figuring out how to report on this before and nothing happened. Basically, I can’t change the rent amount and I never not even once received a rent check and not only that, but one time I justly evicted someone and it said it was unjust. I built properties for nothing because the pack is just not playable so I never use it anymore for that purpose. The second issue is I just got the newest pack with the businesses and I have hired 3 sims at different times and each one of them completes one singular task then vanishes from the lot. It’s ridiculous and I end up having to fire them because they literally vanish. Now I’m worried about yet another pack for it to not be fully playable. Not to mention reporting issues this way is ridiculous and nobody ever sees what I put so it makes it frustrating. There needs to be a live number to call. If we pay for the packs we need assistance. Anyways there are my glitches.
