Businesses & Hobbies Whiteboard "Script Call Failed"

Since the latest update, the whiteboard from Businesses & Hobbies cannot be placed and an error "Script Call Failed" pops up. I have cleared the mods folder, caches, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and it occurs in all saves.
