Can’t access CAS options PS5

Can’t update or change the item of clothing a sim is wearing within that category.

If my sim is wearing a jacket, I can’t scroll down into the jacket menu.

So have to put them in another top from a different  category, then go back to change the jacket. This is the same with all tops, if they’re wearing a tank, I can’t access the tank menu, but other menus work fine.
