[GT] [AA] Can’t have clubs on custom venues in destination worlds

After creating a custom venue in a residential world, you can use it as a meeting place for your clubs from Get Together. You can build custom venues in the destination worlds but you can’t use those custom venues as meeting places for your clubs. 

The best fix would honestly be to just get rid of the distinction between residential and destination worlds so that all worlds (maybe except Batuu) are treated the same and the restrictions of destination worlds are resolved entirely. I can’t own and operate a B&B, Senior Living Community, or resort in Selvadorada as I can’t reside in Selvadorada. This frankly sucks.

Second best is to specifically fix this bug’s unintended restriction on custom venues not being compatible with clubs in destination worlds. I at least want my Scouts club to at least be able to meet at their camp in Granite Falls, as an example.
