Can’t pay household bills

Could you post a screenshot of your bills overview ?

I have the option to pay the bills, the sims complete the interaction but the bills remain unpaid. The bill is not a positive amount, it is significantly lower than what they had been paying ($100 vs $3,500)

• Do you not have the option to pay them or do Sims cancel/reset when doing the interaction ?
• Is your bill a positive amount ?
