Unable to pay household bills by any method (mailbox, phone, computer). No mods, have attempted exiting game and repairing with no success.

- Do you not have the option to pay them or do Sims cancel/reset when doing the interaction ?
- Is your bill a positive amount ?
I have the option to pay the bills, the sims complete the interaction but the bills remain unpaid. The bill is not a positive amount, it is significantly lower than what they had been paying ($100 vs $3,500)
Could you post a screenshot of your bills overview ?
