Can’t Share a build on the gallery

Sul Sul Simmers,

I am new on the sims 4 on PC and i was very happy by my first builds that I wanted to share them on the gallery with my partner, but I keep getting the same error message that « an error happened during the loading of your element in the gallery. » (basic translation from my mothertongue). Same thing with a basic sim.

I tried to repair my game, turn on and off mods, have direct 9x on and waiting for the screen to disappear but nothing is working.

I don’t have any CC, and my mods are just Toolmod and BetterBuildBuy. And all of my builds are under 200ko, but I did used debug content.

I am pretty down because of this because my partner and I like to play for different reasons and being able to share what we like about the game was a great experience to have.
