cannot pay bills

Yep I also have this bug. Seems like there are a lot of old posts discussing it but not many new ones. I have had this since the most recent update and I do have the Lovestruck pack. I disabled all mods and did a completely fresh save with a random sim just to test it was base game and the bug still occurs. I am happy to provide save files if they are needed

FYI Things I have tried that were mentioned in old posts - travelling and then going back to the home lot (multiple times), moving a new sim in, moving house, the 'households.force_bills_due' cheat & finally a fresh save. Nothing fixes it. I am not even collecting my bills or travelling once I get bills, literally as soon as the notification for bills appears on the Monday I do not see an option to pay them on the phone or mail box

I'm also having this issue. I keep getting the notification that I need to pay bills, but I can't, and nothing happens when I don't. It's only happening in one of my saves. 

Me too.  Get frequent notifications to pay the bills but no options to do so at the mailbox, phone, or computer.  Deleted the mailbox and replaced it with a wall mounted one intended for apartments and the option to pay shows up there but is greyed out.  So far utilities haven't been shut off and repo-sim hasn't shown up. 🤞

me too.. I have tried moving the sims, evicting them, traveling, working from home (also bugged.. cannot complete tasks), going on vacation.. 

There are so MANY bugs after these patches. 

Yes, same thing. I can't pay bills by phone, mailbox, or computer. It doesn't even show the option. Guess I'll just have to wait and see what happens when they cut the utilities off 🤷‍♀️.  My sim also won't sleep in the bed and that also shows no option. I have all the latest update and took out all CC's and mods, even though I shouldn't have to. EA_Hyper EA_Gunner  please fix !! I love this game but I can barely play it anymore 😞. 

Same here. Hope they get this fixed sooner than later. I had been off of it for way too many years and have just recently started playing again and now just a bunch of random issues. Great game, just way too buggy right now.

I thought the new patch will fix this issue but it still here ! My game is so broken… I want to play !!
