I believe this issue is most likely from the family tree update. I can't assign two parents to existing siblings in CAS as one slot is already taken up by the unknown blob in the family tree. And obviously that can't be edited, so there's no way to delete them to reassign say Daniel and Mary-Sue as the Pleasants' parents. It would be nice if manually allocating relatives would just override the unknown one.
Agreed. I have an "Unknown" parent given to a Sim that has parents I'd like to assign them, but the "Unknown" Sim won't go away.
